Gluten Free Plant Based Holiday E-Book
This e-book was created in a time where I was staying away from many things due to health issues in both myself and my oldest son. He dealt with pretty severe eczema and asthma for the 1st 9 years of his life until we went plant based and healed immensely! This book was created out of love for what the diet did for us during that time and in hopes it could help others in the same place. Food really can be medicine and we are proof of that!
This e-book is very allergen friendly and includes 35 recipes both savory and sweet!
All recipes are:
1) Free of : soy, corn, eggs, dairy, refined oils or sugars, gluten and some are even grain free! I do use nuts like cashews and almonds with coconut cream as a base to a lot of things as well!
2) The sugar used in every recipe is either maple syrup or coconut sugar but you can sub with whatever you like! Liquid sweeteners like honey and agave work for maple and granulated sugars like maple or brown sugar are great in place of coconut.
3) The gf flour used is Bob's Redmill GF flour mix, I cannot speak on how other flours will work.
4) Most savory dishes are oil free but feel free to add in some avocado oil or butter if desired!
If you want to use real dairy, just sub that for all ingredients listed non dairy. If you want to use ground beef instead of lentils, sub 1 pound. Feel free to use bone broth in place of veggie broth as well!
