Arnica oil helps to reduce inflammatory pain when applied topically. Typically it’s used for the pain and swelling associated with bruises, sprains, pulls, muscle aches, and even arthritis, since it helps to boost circulation and speed up the healing process.
Willow bark can also be used to relieve menstrual cramps and bring down a fever. The salicin inside willow bark works the same way as aspirin, by reducing inflammation and pain. In the late 1890s, Bayer Aspirin Company used it to create aspirin, so the aspirin used today is a direct result of the bark from the white willow tree. The bark itself, however, is an old, homeopathic, naturopathic release for headaches, menstrual cramps and many other chronic health conditions.
Motherwort can really be a friend to women coping with PMS symptoms such as anxiety, irritability, digestive disturbances, nervousness and cramps. Motherwort, the “mother’s herb,” is an ally to anyone with a womb. It can be helpful with PMS symptoms like anger or emotional reactivity, bloating, cramping, and suppressed menses (amenorrhea or dysmenorrhea) due to tension.

Butterfly pea plant contains oil that promotes the circulation of blood and used for massaging inflamed joints caused by arthritis and rheumatism but can be helpful in abdominal cramping as well.
How to use:
Apply a full dropper of oil onto lower abdomen and back and massage. Allow 20min for oil to with its magic. For added relief pair with a heating pad. Rest. Re-apply as needed.
